Lucknow: Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) witnessed an inspiring showcase of creativity and entrepreneurial zeal as its Innovation Hub organized the much-anticipated ‘Youth Innovation Fair 2025’. The event brought together hundreds of students eager to present their innovations and startup ideas, aimed at turning imagination into impactful enterprises.
The fair was held under the leadership of Prof. B.N. Mishra, Dean of Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship, and in the presence of Dr. Anuj Kumar Sharma, Associate Dean. Keshav Singh, Finance Officer of AKTU, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Pawan Kumar Yadav, Welfare Officer, Lucknow, joined as the Special Guest.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor Prof. J.P. Pandey, with a warm welcome extended to guests by Dr. Anuj Kumar Sharma. The proceedings were emceed by Anurag Tripathi, Assistant Incubation Manager.
During the fair, Maheep Singh, Head of the Innovation Hub, addressed students about the journey from ideas to startup success, shedding light on the common hurdles and their practical solutions. The event was co-hosted in collaboration with Future Gurukul, a university-based startup. The vote of thanks was delivered by Avinash Mishra and Abhishek Mishra, Founders of Future Gurukul.

The fair drew participation from over 400 students from 16 schools, alongside 20 startups that mentored school participants and demonstrated the roadmap from innovation to startup development.
At the conclusion of the event, prizes and certificates were distributed to the winners by Dr. Anuj Kumar Sharma, in the presence of Vandana Sharma. In a major incentive to young innovators, AKTU’s Kalam Patent Centre also announced free patent filing support for select innovative products showcased during the event.
The Youth Innovation Fair 2025 stood as a dynamic platform to celebrate, support, and scale the entrepreneurial aspirations of India’s next generation of change-makers.
